AC Outlet & Fridge Outlet - No Electricity

AC went out last week and now this week our refrigerator went out. Both are plugged into wall outlets. I went to the breaker and reset pretty much everything but neither work. Tested outlets and not getting power to either.
Black widows and massive spiders were guarding the door to this electric panel. Thankfully it’s our last month in this godforsaken rental house and we won’t need to deal with a slumlord much longer.
