In the first 10 mins, Michael Saylor talks about the real rate of inflation in the US being much higher around 20-25% rather than CPI's 2% because it doesn't include a lot of things such as housing etc. He talks about the stock market going up 27% this year.
Is there any truth to this? Obviously, if there is then it is alarming. I have heard him state this in numerous interviews and a number of Bitcoiners claim the same as one of the justifications to invest in BTC. Robert Kiyosaki has mentioned this too with gold/silver etc for years but he is always fear-mongering.
