Is it true that for every one dollar of aid developing nations lose 24 dollars to capital flight?
Post Body

Help me understand.

I just read this article and as someone who works in Global Health it kind of turned my world on it's axis and I want to explore this finding more. If it's even slightly true why isn't it more universally known? Why aren't developing nations going against their donors and installing protectionism and isolationism?

Where can I find more about this finding and its implications for development and health?
