How does the US healthcare system compare to peers' after adjusting for violence, drug use, and obesity?

Post Body

I tried and failed to find a comprehensive "all-factors" adjusted comparison of health system outcomes for the US vs. peers. Most that I found don't seem to account for different societal norms like the trio in the title, though they do often give a nod to the differences. Are there any good studies comparing healthcare systems that adjust for all three of these factors? Thank you.
