High A/G ratio, triglicerides and VLDL Cholesterol Cal in blood work...from drugs?
Post Body

I just had a bunch of blood work done to see how I'm doing and catch any problems early. I've only been drinking and doing anything beyond caffeine for a couple of years. I now do a descent amount of social drinking, legal drugs (kratom, phenibut, weed, etc.) and some grey area chemicals. I'm fairly active going to gym 3x/week or more for an hour each time. I'm basically a fairly healthy guy in late 30's that parties and am wondering if these elevated numbers are from partying too much.

Everything came back normal but these three items:

*High a/g ratio, I was 2.4, normal is 1.2-2.2. Albumin was 4.5 (normal 3.5-5.5) and Globulin was 1.9 (normal is 1.5-4.5). *High triglycerides, I had 236, normal is 0-149 *High vldl cholesterol cal, I had 47, normal is 5-40.

Any suggestions on what may be causing this other than too much drinking and partying? If its chemicals, any ones known to cause this more than others? I'm ok pushing my body out of normal occasionally a little as long as it isn't too far for too long.

I had my lab work done in 2014 and my triglycerides were elevated then as well (328), but my AG ratio was 2.3, almost the same. I didn't get vldl tested.
