Is there a book or website on effects, dangers, nuerotoxicity, etc. of common recreational chemicals

Websites like http://drugs.tripsit.me/ and https://psychonautwiki.org/wiki/Main_Page do a great job of giving basic use information, dosage, effect times, etc., but not a thorough explanation of risks, nuerotoxicity and cutting edge research on those potential problems and how to mitigate them. Anyone know of any resources that do that well? Reading posts over at /drugnerds is amazing and blowing my mind. I'd love a good summary of that type of info on common recreational drugs and RC's.
