Sex: male Age: 26 Weight: 90kg Height: 186 Medication: Asthma inhalors, TRT treatment(testosterone cyp and hCG) i started on trt 1 month ago. And my problems started 1 year ago. There is no link between trt and my problems. If anything it has relifed my symptoms. I have doen steroids in the past and had very low testosterone levels.
SYMPTOMS ARE:
-fatigue, empty for energy, heavy in the body. -brainfog, hard to concentrate. Short -term memory when the brain fog is bad. - Headache, a constant pressure in the head. This is only when I'm bad and usually disappears throughout the day. - symptoms are worst in the morning, throughout the day it gets much better - frequent urination, often feels thirsty. Must go to the bathroom shortly after drinking water. -wavy toungue or scalloped. Got this after i got sick(thyroid issue?)
The symptoms started exactly 14 days after I started on asthma medicine. Has been on relvar, with high dose of cortisone. relvar with lower dose of cortisone, then switched to Alvesco, and now Inuxair.
All of these symptoms vary from whether I have slept little or much. Before and after I eat. If I am very hungry, it can aggravate it. Stressful situations can also cause the symptoms to aggravate.
Whether I have slept well and have little stress, the symptoms are always there in the morning. But I can get also get these symptoms late in the day if for example, I am under any stress, if I have got too little food. Or little sleep.
eating aprox every 3-4 hours Eat a very varied diet, without any processed food or sugar. I am careful to get the right amount of carbohydrate, fat and protein.
I have read studys on how ICS innhalors can effect the Adrenal. I have not have any of these problems before i started my astma medication.
I was very active and love sports. Ive had to quit all activity the past year. I quit asthma medication and started trt at the same time 1.5 month ago. Last 3 weeks i felt amazing and could finally walk my dog, do some light weight lifting again. I started astma medication 1 week ago and my body suddenly felt tierd and heavy again..
This all started last may, 15 of may to be exact. It started slow, always feelling bad in the morning. I was functional until august, where i got a shutdown. It became worse and worse. And now i cant work.
Ive been with specialists, and have got tested for lyme, hormones has been tested(only low t), vitmanins is good, HIV and other disease that can cause fatigue has been testet. Been with two specialists. No one got an answer, next up is endocrinologist.
