Hey guys, so for about 8 weeks now I've had this bad, crampy, aching bladder pain. It feels like my bladder is always full, it radiates to my thighs and it recently started affecting my back where my tailbone is. Sometimes it burns or hurts my urethra but it's mainly the bladder. I've taken every generic antibiotic you can think of for it since they tried treating me for uti. Nothing worked. Only thing that helps is drinking a lot of water. I did urine culture and it came back clean. Any advice on what it could be and what to do next for it? Hope it's not cancer
