How can I stop diarrhea for a few hours?

I have the kind of pure liquid diarrhea that just never seems to stop, is there anything I can take that I might have laying around the house? I have access to just about every mineral and vitamin supplement under the sun, if that helps. I took pepto bismol and it helped, but if there is something else I should do, I would like to know.
