Hi, 26yo female from the uk, I have Bursitis in my left hip and I'm pretty sure I've had it since around the age of 16, I was diagnosed a couple of years ago after multiple gp visits and an a&e visit one time when it was so bad I couldn't walk not long after having my son, I don't know how much having my son would have to do with it, as I ended up having an emergency c-section.

I was told I can get steroid injections to help with the pain every 3 or 6 months I think they said, I have had a couple and it does help for a while, I have no pain whatsoever, but it always comes back with pure vengeance!I had my last injection sometime around February or March, the past few days the pain has been coming back and today it's pretty awful!The last time I had my injection they said I couldn't keep having them so often. Is this the truth?!I'm unsure of what to do if I'm going to be in constant pain with no way to help it, I have naproxen which I only ever take when I really need too, but it doesn't seem to do much when I do anyways!

Have I got any other options or am I just gonna be stuck in a bunch of pain on and off forever?!
