Any advice is welcome and much appreciated. Medicine related
Post Body

26 Female, 155 pounds, 5'6. Long story short, about 32 hours ago I abruptly became super super sick. coughing my lungs out, aggressive fever. went to the doctor today and was negative for flu and covid. Prescribed the generic levaquin 500mg once a day/ 7 days. and given an antibiotics shot.

I was told to alternate advil and tylenol every 4 hours to keep the fever at bay. what is "at bay?" even when I take fever reducer- it doesn't go below 100. and how much fever reducer over time can I safely take? thank you in advance
