18F, no medication other than desogestrel

I’m always cold and it’s coming to the point where I fall asleep whilst shivering even if I’m covered in multiple layers. Sometimes I get leg aches from the cold and my arms and hands go numb a lot. I spoke to the doctor and they did a blood test to check for anemia but apparently everything was normal and I got sent away again, problem not solved. My hands also keep going completely white and numb and people tell me I feel freezing. It’s getting worse the colder it gets outside and I’ve only really noticed this in the last few months. Sometimes I have stomach aches and headaches too if that helps but I have a history of migraines from a few years back. And I get dizzy A LOT and sometimes don’t feel like I really exist, as if I’m zoning out.

Also adding quickly I had a déréalisation episode just before the summer where I had split vision and could see myself from a 3rd person viewpoint for 2 days straight. I’m seeing a therapist now, but maybe that’s related?? Idk What could this be? Thank you 🥶
