How difficult of a surgery is this typically considered for a male of my age ?
5’10” 150lbs European descent, foraminal stenosis, small syrinx within a level of herniation, history of perceived lack of spinal mobility, tension and discomfort in whole spine, especially in upper thoracic spine, altered spinal curvature and altered posture in which I am “stuck”.
