17f 49kg white covid (triple vaccinated) Current medication: one desogestrel tablet daily (75 micrograms??)
Hello, I tested positive for covid on Friday the 26th (3 days ago) and am still testing positive now. My symptoms are: runny nose and headaches. I go back to school on the 7th and I’m wondering if I will stop being contagious by then? The health advice in my country is that self isolation is optional but I’m doing it anyway and they say we are only contagious for 4-5 days (however I’ve seen other countries say 10-14 days??). Who should I listen to here? Thanks :) I know the answer will likely differ in each case, I’m just wondering if it is relatively safe for me to go back on that date
