Male 35 years old 5.7 145lb

I had covid Back in 2020 Thanksgiving I ended up really sick I was never admitted to a hospital but could not work for 6 months My doctor wanted to put me on long term disability Unfortunately my job was not working with me. Ever since I had it There has been dizzy spells I had damage to my liver because of it blurry vision in my left eye I get a migraines about 3 times a week Fatigue I can hardly focus on things. I ended up falling Back in June broke my hand in 3 places. And now I start having conversations with my girlfriend and I say things I don't even remember saying I'll take the conversation in a really weird way Inability to focus while driving Sometimes I just lose track of what I'm doing that's not very safe. If there are any typos I do apologize does I'm really bad at typing one handed
