Possible derealisation, leg and arms numb when lying down.
Post Body

23M, 6"1, 74kg, Caucasian, no existing medical issues, no current medication, I drink alcohol most weekends regularly no amount during the week, I do not use any type of recreational drugs. From United Kingdom, Scotland.

I have had a derealisation feeling for a while however, for the majority of this year when I lie down in bed at night I notice my arm or leg, feeling numb like I have no control over it. I can move it fine and have never not had it working correctly there is just this innate feeling that I can't, like it's restless and needing moved and If I don't move it then I can't control it.

My only rational to this is panic attacks which I suffer from frequently, I'm not sure if its just a constant issue I have because I cannot relieve stress no matter how hard I try. Now with this derealisation feeling I am feeling so out of it, feeling like I just pilot my body, know I'm carrying out acts a human can (eat, touch, smell etc) but just not feeling any of it. It's so strange, I just want to know what's wrong with me, if it's something sinister or just a mental health related neurological issue. Perhaps a benign tumour? or something worse, and would love to hear from literally anyone at all. Thanks.
