Is it normal for visual impairments from stroke to come back full force after being sick or smoking weed?
Post Body

Hi. Iā€™m a 39 y/o white female. I had a stroke in 2019 in my right temporal lobe. Luckily I made a full recovery besides some visual impairments. By last year, they were almost history.

Until.. May 2022, I go to the ER for lithium toxicity, UTI, kidney infection. Basically I was dry as a raisin.

Since being sick I noticed the visual effects coming back and i thought my body was just stressed out and let it go.

I smoked weed yesterday, it helped me w/my depression and but the visual effects are even worse.

Iā€™m staying hydrated. Is this normal? Do I need to see a doctor?

5ft 8in, 170lbs, white. Medications: lithium 300mg, vyvanse 50mg, trazadone 50mg, IUD, Testosterone liquid gel - 2 pumps a day.
