Long story short, for a year now, I (23m) experienced bleeding wen wiping and general discomfort after going to the toilet. I am Bisexual and like to practice passive anal sex sometimes, but I had to stop due to the pain.

Today I finally got to go the the proctologist. He examined my butt, and said he couldn’t find much. A healed tear and a small lesion, nothing to worry about.

I genuinely don’t understand it. Is he incompetent, or more likely, am I an idiot?

I am confused, and have not the slightest clue about what to do now. Just live my life with it? One theory as to why he didn’t find much is that it must have healed in the past 2 weeks as I haven’t had as much discomfort, which seems unlikely. I kinda am at a loss…
