Vitamins Recommendation

I'm a 20-year-old college student weighing 47 kg, male. I could use any advice on vitamins because in addition to working at night from 9:30 pm to 4:30 am, I also go to school in the morning from 7 am to 8 pm.

I can exercise and eat at the right time, but I don't think that's enough.

I worry that not getting enough sleep will weaken my immune system, make me more prone to illness, and lower my blood cell count.

What supplements, then, would you suggest to someone like me who practically almost sleepless?
