How to prevent annoyingly reoccurring Strep Throat.
Post Body

Hello Docs, I got strep throat in last November for the first time sense 2019 and ever sense i've been getting it every two months (in january, march, and may. ( I am currently sick with the may one)). All my life I have had strep throat a ton usually 3-4 time a year sense i was 6. (with 2020 having had it 0 times due to lockdown not letting me outside the house so I didn't catch it, and 2021 when I only had it in that November making it only 1 time being the only exceptions) Usually getting some of the more annoying and painful symptoms. If any, What measures can I take to stop this throat killing cycle? For context 14 years afab that's 5 foot five inches and around 145 pounds
