First off I'm not sure this is related but it may be relevant. I've had sinus infections on and off for over a year and sometimes i get dizzy spells along with it. Seeing an ENT soon, took Prednisone and antibiotics and didn't really help.

Main thing: I recently noticed that when I eat something crunchy or sugary or anything really I start to almost immediately get numb tingly feeling in the back of my head. Similar to if you get up too fast or slight brain freeze. Some times it may induce dizziness and slight vertigo. Trigger foods that are confirmed include fruits like oranges, grapes, and watermelon, I just had a homemade lemon bar with little sugar but happened then too. Also crunchy things like tacos, chips, cucumbers.

Last time glucose checked in late March 88mg/dl. Before that it's pretty consistent.

I'm at a loss honestly my only guess as to what's happening is my sinuses are so congested (tinitus, headache, kinda feels like my head is in a fishbowl) always that the action of eating is triggering some sort of resonance or something internally that makes the fluid move and causing dizziness but that's a stress. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
