Variant of uncertain significance for Msh6 Lynch syndrome, but otherwise healthy/no known health issues

I had a CT scan that showed five scattered lung nodules (one was 4mm and the remaining four were approximately 2 mm)

My pulmonologist said that they could be the result of old inflammation or infections, but if that’s the case, should they have been called “granulomas” on the report?

Is it possible to differentiate a granuloma from some thing else when they are that small?

I will be following up with a repeat CT in 6 to 12 months because we are unsure if I am high risk due to my VUS
