A host of strange symptoms has me concerned

So I've been under a lot of stress lately so I've been chalking up my health problems to stress but now I'm starting to get a little worried.

Ive lost weight but when I'm stressed I eat less so that may be nothing.

Started getting nauseas all the time, usually I can tell when my nausea is stress and this hasn't felt like that. It's felt like something is genuinely irritating my stomach. Definitely not pregnant.

I'm on birth control and I did a placebo week a little bit ago and I'm still spotting which is strange. Two weeks of spotting isn't normal for me. I've been on it a while now.

I have a rash around my eyes. Its only been slightly itchy/sore. Doesn't look like petichae, more like eczema

My leg was itchy in one spot yesterday and I scratched at it and that night when I took my pants off I had a big bruise the size of a baseball where I was scratching.

Ive had itchy, tickly skin, a lot in my face and worse at night.

Occasional night sweats but I've had those off and on for a while now

I'll make an appointment with my gp but I've been trying to find a new one. Last time I told her I was diagnosed as autstic she responded with - 'no, no, that's what little boys get.'.... So we might not be a good fit.

Anyways, I don't normally catastrophize my health issues because they happen so much but this has me a little freaked out. Do these sound like stress symptoms or are they a little too specific for that?
