Low WBC count and Neutropenia

Got some blood works done last Friday (for general health check and sport optimisation), and today my results came back showing my WBC count is 2.5 and my Neutrophils are at 0.67.

A couple days after having my blood drawn I began to feel feverish and 3 days on, I still feel unwell. I have contacted my GP for an appointment.

In Jan 2020 both my WBC and neutrophil count was perfectly fine. In Oct 2021, both crashed significantly, but were just about still in acceptable range. Now they are both below normal range, my neutrophils being significantly so, and the doctor doing the blood analysis sounded concerned.

I'd like to know if this lowering count is likely to be a degenerative trend, and how concerned should I actually be right now? As I said, I feel bad at the moment, but dont currently have a temperature. All input is appreciated.

Thanks
