[20F] [63kg] (Medicines- Prozac)
I suffer with chronic migraines and for the past few weeks I’ve been in bed every day because of the pain. I took paracetamol for those maybe 3 times in the week which is a lot for me since I tend to avoid it unless absolutely necessary. Yesterday(Saturday) I started to have flu like symptoms in addition to my migraine and I braced myself for the cold to come on. I tossed and turned all night and was freezing. I was probably roasting a fever but I don’t have a thermometer to check. My muscles and joints were aching, primarily my back muscles and knee and ankle joints. I fell asleep at around 5:30am and woke back up at 7 and tossed and turned for another few hours. I eventually got up and the nausea hit me like a truck. I took a hot shower to see if it would help the pain but it didn’t work. My mother gave me some medicine to help, I can’t recall the name, just that it starts with O and it’s a capsule. I took that and started to drink some hot water and had to throw up shortly after. My tongue was dyed brown because of the capsule that was likely dissolving. It was just like water with a yellowish tinge, probably from the medicine. I had maybe half of a sandwich, took some paracetamol and went to sleep. The chills and pain was almost unbearable. My throat burned from throwing up and a few coughing fits was also probably caused by that. I have a slight runny nose, my stomach is turning, I’m in pain all over and I feel like there’s no improvement. It’s difficult to gauge whether some of my symptoms are from my migraine or if it’s from whatever is going on. My mother insists that it’s ovulation and I know for certain that it’s not. She says that the aches and pains are because I don’t exercise, which I do. The migraines and horrible nausea is because I don’t drink herbal teas (I usually have moderate nausea during migraines but never throw up) . Im not sure what’s going on. It’s 23°C and I’m wearing a vest, sweater and sweatpants and wrapped in a blanket . I’m contemplating socks and would’ve worn gloves if I had any. I’m still freezing and aching, mainly my back and arms. Any suggestions or help? If I wake up in a few hours feeling the same or worse I plan on asking to see a doctor.
