Nose clogs when sitting but when stand is clear

M20, white, 6'0", 300 lbs. No major medical issues aside from slight asthma. I don't don't drink or smoke. So like the title says when I sit down the right side of my nose gets stuffy but when I stand up it clears up within a few seconds. Has happened before a few years back when I was in highschool. Any idea on what it might be?
