What's wrong with the right side of my body?
Post Body

Male, 20, 5'5,
For the longest time, I don’t know what’s wrong with my right side of my body, like my movement is generally restricted with my right side. I can bend my thumb backwards with my left thumb, but not my right thumb and raising 3 fingers with my right hand, the index finger bends down and trying to bring it up is difficult. When I stretch out my back, a specific part of my back hurts (somewhere roughly near the right shoulder blade) and can’t raise my right eyebrow, but can raise my left eyebrow. It also feels like I put more weight on my right side, my right shoulder/arm and right leg looks/seems uneven (and slightly wonky). I’ve had massages, but it doesn’t seem to work. I don’t know what to do. What is it?
TL;DR Right side of body feels like it's not recognizing nerves/muscles and feels wonky
