Hi everyone, been trying to figure out what could be causing this issue. I've been looking into it for a while, would like some help if someone has some insight. I get high heart rate when I'm doing any low exertion activities. So far my cardiologist says the heart looks fine, my blood test have been normal, only other thing is low back pain I've had since my 20s. Im 34 male, 175lbs, 5'8 been active all my life, have a healthy diet, normal blood pressure, blood sugars been ok could improve though, What could this be?
