GI issues and working out
Post Body

Hello everyone, I'm 35 male been somewhat active all my life. For 10 yrs I've been struggling with GI issues(acid reflux, stabbing stomach pains, extreme anxiey) was told my hearts good, lungs are ok, only thing that came up was a small sliding hiatal hernia. My problem is while running or exerting myself I feel my heart rate goes higher than it should. Right now I'm at 170 bpm for a 13 min mile pace, within 10 min running. Is it just me or is this bad, and also would this be because of that hiatal hernia?
