[F24, 5’ 10”, 133lbs, no medication, smoker]

I’ve never had a cold sore or tested positive for HSV antibodies. I’m just freaking out a little because I have 2 small children and I am crying at the thought of never being able to kiss them again. I had terrible acne in high school and I rarely get any pimples now, a couple here and there around the time I ovulate. I do have one other pimple on my cheek so I figured it was just that when it popped up. Ive been very ill the last few days with flu-like symptoms although I tested negative for flu, strep and covid. I’m waiting on the results of a blood draw, but it won’t tell me if that’s what I have going on here, only if I’ve been exposed in the past.
