I have a weird twistiness in the left side of my body. It's like, my shoulder muscle is super tight and I can't extend my stomach all the way when I breath out and stretch. There's a visible crease in my left side. I get a little bit of nausea while walking around.

My dad died at age 51 of an esophageal spasm so I wonder if maybe this is a similar problem.
