Left testicle pain after coughing

The other day, whenI was doing some chores, I coughed and felt a shooting pain in my left testicle. It subsided after a few minutes but it still aches, kind of like I got hit in the balls. It’s not debilitating, but it’s sore and since it’s a testicle I’m nervous. There doesn’t seem to be any swelling, and the pain is a dull persistent ache instead of shooting pain. Any thoughts?
