I have extreme fatigue and don't know what's causing it.
Post Body

I am 38M, 5'5",130 lbs., Mexican-American/Latino/Hispanic, I have been having this issue for 2-3 years, noticed i have been having it after what looked and felt like a mosquito bite. Every time I get a blood test, my blood panel shows up with a high eosinophil count. Don't know if it would count as meds, but have taken 1 a day men's, vit. d 1000 iu per day from trader joe's, and 100 mg of magnesium citrate from puritan's pride, but recently am not taking them. Otherwise, i don't take any medications. I don't smoke or do drugs. I do drink once or twice a week.

I have been having fatigue issues for over 2 years and don't know what's causing it. If I stand to clean my room, prepare my meal at the kitchen or sit at home when I'm eating or to get my hair cut, I get worn out and exhausted after 15-30 min. However, when I go outside to get fresh air and go walking, I don't get exhausted as much, although some symptoms appear mildly. Last night, I was shaving and after 20-30 minutes, I started to feel a bit weak, and then when I was showering afterwards, which takes me 30 minutes, I was beginning to feel worse. I was shaky, started to feel woozy, my heart beat fast, had a bit of air hunger, I got weaker and felt like I was going to collapse and pass out. I had a very urgent need to lie down, which is what I usually do when I am extremely fatigued. Luckily I finished in time. I have gone to other doctors who ignored me, don't know or don't care what I have. Other symptoms I get are sometimes I get red eyes and tinnitus(ringing in the ears) and itchy ears occasionally. Please help me. I would like to know what it is.

Thank you.
