Hey, first time posting here so sorry if I'm breaking a rule inadvertently. I'm somewhat of a hypochondriac, especially when it comes to my heart and blood, stuff like that. Well since yesterday I've been having this sensation in my right wrist that is a faint twitching feeling, sort of like a muscle twitch (which I do get kind of frequently).

I have high blood pressure and sometimes can see what I assume is my radial artery pulsing near my thumb in my palm. That has been that way as far as I can remember, but this development is new. It's not a constant 24/7 thing but it is lingering since yesterday. I just want to know if this could be tied to anything dangerous, if it's possible to unconsciously feel your pulse in your wrist, or if this could just be a muscle spasm.
