Hey, everyone! 24M here. 195cm tall and around 93kg heavy, Caucasian, no smoking or recreational drugs, drinking very occasionally. No existing medical issues (although when I was younger there were suspicions that I had issues with blood pressure but it was never confirmed whether that was it or if it was because of the great anxiety I felt around doctors). No regular medication.

So my issue is that for the past ten or so years I've been having these mysterious headaches that come on every week or so. When they do happen, I usually wake up with them and the pain is usually localized to the left side of my head, especially in and around the eye. Sometimes pain medication and some caffeine will help them go away, but other times no matter what I do it seems like I just have to wait out the pain (which usually goes away in the evening).

I'm planning to visit a doctor about this soon but I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts because they're starting to negatively affect my life. I appreciate any help!
