Prenatal vitamins make me sick.

If I take both prenatal vitamins at once I will get sick. If I take them one in the morning and one at night it does not happen. Why so prenatals make you sick? Someone told me if that happens and I get pregnant I'll be sick through the whole pregnancy. Is this true? Thank you. 37f height is 5ft nothing weight is 193 (losing weight started at 197 yay) nature made prenatals and another brand I took did it as well Edit: The bottle says take two for a full dose.
