Extreme head spinning, ears ringing and vomiting. CT scan ,ENT, Blood test everything normal. Elevated BP but head spinning or nausea still not subsided after meds for BP reduction.

Age: 50F, non smoker, 5'6, 75kg. High BP, no other medical issues.
My mom complained of ringing in her ears and slight dizziness on Sunday. It got only worse after that. Yesterday she had extreme nausea and vomiting. Today she can't even stand without getting dizzy. Every report came normal at the hospital. She had high BP but bringing it down with meds didn't help with the dizziness or nausea. Now what? I am very worried please help.
