Hi!

I get uncomfortable speaking to doctors because I don't feel taken seriously the majority of the time. I've been having a lot of different symptoms that I would like some input on so I know how to best talk to someone when I can.

My biggest complaint is probably how tired I get and frequent brain fog. I regularly sleep for about 12 hours and still feel tired when I wake up, and I just get confused and forgetful a lot. I also have been having frequent stomach pain and bloating for a while which I just got an endoscopy done in which inflammation and an ulcer were found. I've tried for many years to lose weight which has never really worked. I enjoy working out and go to the gym when I feel well enough. Despite this, I've gained 20 pounds this year. It's confusing because my stomach pain makes me lose my appetite frequently so I don't even eat that much! I have significant joint pain too which I briefly went to physical therapy for.

This morning I randomly had an isolated bout of diarrhea in which I almost passed out. I was the only one home so once I managed to feel better I just took a nap to see if I'd feel better which I do. But, it triggered a migraine and my sinuses hurt. This is probably what inspired me to write on this subreddit because the idea of passing out alone while looking is mortifying.

I strongly feel there is something autoimmune going on, but you know.. I'm not a doctor and I have anxiety. Hashimoto's feels like it fits my experience, but I've had bloodwork within the year that reported my TSH levels as normal. I've been on Prozac for a while for my mood concerns. I think it has had a positive impact, but I still can't do much because I'm always in pain. In the past, I have cut out gluten before which helped my bloating issue. I've tried to be as descriptive as possible of what's been going on, but if there is any additional information that might be helpful please ask.

Thank you!
