I usually bike 200-300km per week and today something quite strange started to happen to me.

While riding on a VERY SUNNY day my vision in my right eye started to have a ‘blurry’ spot in it. No headache with it. After a little stop in the ride it slowly went away.

Upon continuing the ride; a similar blurry spot started to occur in the opposite eye.

Once I headed home; sat down inside the blurry eye symptom went away, but then a headache started to occur.

Took one 500mg Tylenol and the headache went away within 25mins.

This has never happened to me before and during the experience it was quite scary.

Any ideas?
