My (29m) upper back has been feeling strained/pain for about a year
Post Body

Just as lockdown started I tweaked something in my neck/back. Went to UC but they really didn't want to touch so they gave me a muscle relaxer and that was it. My Dr was then closed and I have just dealt with a general sense of strain near my neck. over the next Year It slowly went further down to my scapula region. More on the right side. At this point whenever I've gone to Dr they just say oh well and I waited too long.

I might be able to try PT but not for a few months. Not sure if there's much else to do. I foam roll, use tennis ball, been stretching, fixing posture, and gotten just a few massages. Is it just going to take that much time. Sometimes the strain is unbearable.
