Trigeminal Neuralgia, L5-L1 central spinal canal stenosis which is causing my Lower legs to have random periods extreme pain

I was diagnoised with Trigeminal Neuralgia 7 years ago. 3 years ago I moved to a larger city in order to have all my doctors in the same network. I was just diagnoised with central spinal canal stenosis. When I am in pain management I take random urine test. There is a result I don't understand and has never been explained to my satisfaction. I figured I might ask on here.
