Currently on VENLAFAXINE 375mg, orlanzopine 5mg and the mini pill (to help with constant spotting). I drink occasionally, 0-3 units a week, don't smoke or do drugs. From UK. I posted the worrying clots passed here currently 23 and had Mirena inserted in June for heavy periods. I had irregular periods until November then constant spotting. Then suddenly on Monday I was filling a super tampon and pad in less than an hour, and passing huge clots so my IUD came out encased in one so I had to go to hospital. I wasn't due on my period so this came out of nowhere. Bloods and urine came back normal, prescribed tranexamic acid and discharged. Then had to go back today because pain is unbearable (7.5/10). Again bloods were normal so I was discharged and prescribed norethisterone. No one has done a pelvic exam or scan but this isn't normal for me. I'm so confused, scared and don't understand why my uterus hasn't been investigated further. any answers or theories would be most helpful as I've felt dismissed by medical professionals this week expecting me to grin and bear this.
