Possible pre/diabetes?
Post Body

Hopefully formatting is ok, on mobile. Hello. I'm 32m, right about 6ft, 265lbs or so. I don't live a super healthy life in the food department but I try and portion my meals so that I don't eat too much, but what I eat definitely isn't healthy. Been about this weight for maybe 12 years to due a spiral of depression I had and eating was my comfort food and I never lost the weight.

I do walk a lot due to my job. 12 hours a day of walking in the factory and my smart watch puts me in the range of maybe 4-7 miles of walking a day. I don't otherwise exercise part that though unfortunately. Within the last month, I've developed an insane thirst. Especially for milk. I've always loved milk, but lately, and weirdly, I've been craving a lot of it. Enough I'm worried I'll make myself sick if I keep drinking it, (could I?). My throat gets dry, and I just need a drink, water, milk, juice, whatever. This has also led to a big increase in urination. I get up to pee all the time, and at the beginning of this, I embarrassingly woke up 3 different times catching myself starting to urinate in my sleep.

I really hope it's not, but I'm told this could be the start of either pre-diabetes, or diabetes. I can't go see a doctor until January when my new insurance kicks in, so I'd like opinions. If it matters, I have depression, ADHD, and IBS, all currently unmedicated until my insurance kicks in and I find out if I can afford the prescriptions.
