45M-how do you treat unstable plaque? Same way with stable----aspiring, lifestyle changes, Statins, etc? Or what?

Just wanted to get some blood work done for cardiovascular health

In great shape, dont' get chest pains, or tired or gas out
Eat healthy, exercise regularly, try to mitigate stress and be in the moment

I heard the PULS test is good to determine chance of unstable chol rupturing
So wanted to know if the test comes back as that, what treatment/lifestyle options are?
I think I'm good but you never know. Plus I just hearing about stable plaque and how to treat it.
