28M 5 10 215 LBS Setraline 5mg Previous testicular cancer. 8 years ago Former smoker. 7 years.

A few days ago Tuesday I randomly felt like I wasn't getting air in my chest. I have anxiety issues so I immediately freaked out and it got worse. I was eventually able to calm down. That night I had gotta ready for bed when it got really bad again. I got extremely scared. I went to the ER and they initially ran a EKG blood oximetry as well as blood tests. Everything came back clear and they said most likely anxiety. I do have high blood pressure as well and have had testicular cancer before. Although that was 7 years ago and last years blood tests were fine. And x-rays and cts two years ago were good and clear. I am still feeling this shortness and I've been extremely paranoid it is lung fibrosis due to the chemo or lung cancer. If anyone can offer some guidance or opinion I would appreciate it.
