Hello,
I used to smoke weed reguarly and eat like crap all the time. I quit for 20 days and a lot of changes happened I assume when I began to eat alot less.
Well I ended up smoking this Sunday and two of those days I ate like crazy I couldn't control myself. I ate 3 uncrustables sandwiches, half a bag of chips, some yogurt bark and then chicken (all after eating a big meal) then the next day(Monday) I waited to eat because I still felt full. I ate a sandwich around 12:30 but then I smoked again and ate a 6 inch sub from subway, PB balls a yogurt all at once and cashews.
I have yet to eat today because I still feel full. My this used to be normal almost a month ago and I could go on the next day like nothing ever happened. I even lost weight, eating like that. This feeling full the next day is very new to me. I should be fine right? Just wait it out. Its just strange how I feel full still and I don't want to make things worse.
I reguarly fast till 11am so my body pretty used to fasting but I guess I need some advice
