Fear of needles

Hi, I’m 16M, I have a physical tommorow and 2 shots most likely, and I’m terrified of them. It’s not the pain, but more the concept of the needles. I’ve had this fear for years now and it needs to stop or at least be managed, any advice is greatly appreciated
