Pins and needles in torso

Hey everyone, im a m17 healthy male, I've found sometimes when I get hot or anxious/nervous I get what feels like a pins and needles sensation in my torso, mainly in my back, it is really really uncomfortable and was wondering if anyone has had this or knows what it is, thankyou!
