Red splotches on me. Help identify pls.

Hey all. I have these red splotches all over me.
They are not itchy, they don’t wash off, and they don’t feel like anything to touch.
I’m a 45 year old man in canada. I work from home and have had these for years. They come and go in different areas: Back of knees Neck/ collar Various dots on my arms Large concentrations in my swimsuit area.
