Male. I am 5ā10 and weigh 165 lbs.
As title states, I have Severely low ALP (12) for over a year with fatigue/brain fog.
Please help. Every doctor tells me low ALP isnāt a problem, states that only high ALP is. Mine is severely low, 40 is considered normal.
Blood work also revealed slightly high cholesterol and slightly elevated Thyroid hormone.
What could be the cause of the severe āmalnutritionā. I eat 3 meals a day and workout 4x a week. The Doctors seriously just keep telling me to take Calcium and Magnesium. Itās not working.
I have noticed that my symptoms clear up slightly while doing Keto diet but my ALP only gets worse and worse. Please. Anything... Iāve spent over 10k dollars on Doctors/MRIs/CT scan.
